Travel Insurance
We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance when travelling. Travel Insurance and medical emergency travel insurance should be purchased at the time of making reservations and covers all eventualities at the time of reservation, please consult an insurance brokerage to arrange this. Should clients not have travel insurance, the client acknowledges that they will be liable for costs.
This will protect you against cancellation fees and any other incurred costs should there be an unexpected circumstance that prevents you from traveling or may end your trip before it should. Credit card companies offer automatic travel insurance but it is highly recommended you research this and contact them to confirm the details of this insurance.
Payments
In the world today we understand that secure payment options are a must. We offer secure and safe payment types to ensure easy and convenient payments can be made.
Payment can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (bank transfer or EFT).
We only accept credit card payments by Mastercard & Visa credit cards. Payments made via credit card are subject to an administration fee that will be added to the final amount payable. Should clients pay via an international bank transfer an administration fee of of R350.00 will be charged per transaction.
